Great Outdoor Cushions will happily exchange any covers if you don't love them and will offer a full refund if you are not happy with my product upon receiving your order. Please contact us to initiate your return. Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days. If your fabric choice is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay and the estimated time of delivery.
Shipping is $9.95 for all orders placed within Australia, with free shipping for orders over $150.
All items are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number which will be supplied on dispatch.
We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
We do not have standard international shipping rates. Please contact us to place your order and we will provide exact shipping cost for your location and items.
No, Great Outdoor Cushions is online only. All orders will be posted.

If you have ordered cushion covers only - yes! If you have ordered inserts, these are mailed directly from our supplier. In this instance you may receive two or more parcels.
