Returns & Refunds
Great Outdoor Cushions will happily exchange any covers if you don't love them and will offer a full refund if you are not happy with my product upon receiving your order. Please contact us to initiate your return. Custom made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping is $9.95 for all orders placed within Australia, with free shipping for orders over $200.
All items are sent via Australia Post with a tracking number which will be supplied on dispatch.
We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
We do not have standard international shipping rates. Please contact us to place your order and we will provide exact shipping cost for your location and items.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days. If your fabric choice is out of stock, we will advise you of the delay and the estimated time of delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
No, Great Outdoor Cushions is online only. All orders will be posted.
What currency is used online?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept payment by credit card, PayPal and AfterPay.
Can I checkout with AfterPay?
Yes, you are able to 'Shop Now, Pay Later' with AfterPay at Great Outdoor Cushions! You will need an AfterPay account to complete your purchase. AfterPay allows you to pay for your order in four equal payments over 60 days. Find out more on the AfterPay website.
Will I receive all my items in one parcel?
If you have ordered cushion covers only - yes!
If you have ordered inserts, these are mailed directly from our supplier. In this instance you may receive two or more parcels.
